Job Title: Power BI Architect with User Experience Design Expertise

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the client's existing Power BI system to identify user experience issues and inefficiencies.
- Design and implement user-centric Power BI dashboards and reports that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet user needs.
- Develop and enforce best practices for Power BI design, ensuring clarity, usability, and functionality.
- Provide guidance and technical leadership in Power BI architecture and data visualization.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to refine designs and features.
- Extensive experience in Power BI development, architecture, and dashboard customization.
- Strong expertise in User Experience (UX) Design principles and practices.
- Proven ability to solve complex usability issues and deliver user-friendly solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience with data modelling and DAX optimization.
- Knowledge of modern UX design tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
