Are you someone who loves organizing chaos, communicating with ease, and turning challenges into smooth solutions? Looking for a hands-on, proactive Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, resident relations, and property maintenance for our growing portfolio of residential units.
What You’ll Do:

Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and maintenance teams

Manage lease agreements, renewals, and compliance documentation

Oversee move-ins, move-outs, and property inspections

Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance

Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and service requests

Keep property management systems (we use Buildium) up-to-date with accurate records

Monitor budgets, track expenses, and approve invoices

Ensure all properties are clean, safe, and in top condition

Support property marketing efforts and tenant screening
What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of experience in property management, real estate, or customer service
-
Strong organizational and time-management skills
-
Confident communicator (both written and verbal)

Comfortable with tech tools and property management software (Buildium experience is a plus!)

Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused
-
Reliable transportation (local travel to properties may be required)
