Position Overview:
We’re seeking a part-time Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR and recruiting operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, people interaction, and process-building. You’ll assist with onboarding, employee engagement, compliance tracking, and general HR coordination for our consultants and internal team.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.

Maintain and organize HR records and consultant databases.

Support recruiting activities, including posting jobs, coordinating interviews, and tracking candidates.

Help manage employee communications (welcome messages, check-ins, newsletters).

Coordinate with payroll and accounting for pay and compliance updates.

Support internal HR initiatives — engagement, recognition, and culture.
Qualifications:

Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Excellent communication and organization skills.

Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, or ATS platforms is a plus.

Prior HR or recruiting internship experience is a bonus, but not required.
