What You’ll Do:

Manage onboarding, benefits, and employee engagement

Assist with compliance, policies, and HR documentation

Support recruitment and internal team development

Act as a point of contact for consultant support and issue resolution

Coordinate events, training, and consultant touchpoints
We’re Looking For:

2+ years of HR experience (consulting/staffing industry is a bonus)

Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

Strong people and organizational skills
