What You’ll Do:

  • Manage onboarding, benefits, and employee engagement

  • Assist with compliance, policies, and HR documentation

  • Support recruitment and internal team development

  • Act as a point of contact for consultant support and issue resolution

  • Coordinate events, training, and consultant touchpoints

We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of HR experience (consulting/staffing industry is a bonus)

  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

  • Strong people and organizational skills

  • Proactive and detail-oriented
