Role: Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing Solution Architect
Location: Blair, Nebraska (Remote-occasional travel to client location)Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle-based manufacturing solutions that align with business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and project managers to gather functional requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and design end-to-end manufacturing systems.
- Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing modules (e.g., Oracle MFG Cloud, WIP, BOM, Inventory, Costing Management and Planning).
- Coordinate with Order to Cash, Forecast to Plan, Source to Pay, PDH, CPQ and Finance as required to design end to end solutions.
- Configure Oracle solutions to meet specific client needs and optimize business processes.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for improvements in the client’s manufacturing processes.
- Work along with the technical team in the development and implementation of solution designs, ensuring best practices and compliance with industry standards.
- Perform system testing, data migration, and integration of Oracle Manufacturing with other enterprise systems.
- Provide training and mentoring to junior consultants and client teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle product updates and industry trends to drive innovation and solution enhancements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Oracle Manufacturing applications and integrated modules.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Manufacturing and business flows in the interlinked downstream and upstream Oracle Cloud Modules.
- Proven experience in full project lifecycle implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-go-live support.
- Ability to lead workshops and present technical content to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Certifications) are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices in manufacturing processes (e.g., BOM structuring, Work definitions, production planning, inventory management).
- Should be able to guide the different upstream and downstream tracks on the overall integrated end to end solution to be deployed.
