Simply having PEGA CDH certification or working on Verizon projects does NOT qualify a candidate as having hands-on Decisioning experience.

EXPECTATIONs    
Minimum 10+ years of experience working a lead capacity.
Must be Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC)
Technical Hands-on resource with recent Decisioning backgroundPega Senior Decisioning Architect:
 
·       Highly skilled and innovative Pega Decisioning Architect who can execute advanced decisioning solutions.
·       Has minimum 6 years of experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub and Pega Decisioning
·       Has minimum 3 years of experience with simulation, a/b testing, Adaptive analytics and performance analysis in Pega Customer Decision Hub
·       Ideal candidate will possess thought leadership, out of the box thinking and deep understanding of Peda Decisioning and its applications in business context.
·       Responsible for driving strategy, architecture and implementation of decisioning solutions, leveraging efficient design and scalable solutions meeting business needs.
·       Bring creative and fresh perspectives to solve critical challenges, foster a culture of innovation within the team by encouraging new ideas, tools and methodologies.
·       Ability to present decisioning concepts and benefits, and influence stakeholders ranging from Marketing heads and vice presidents to the operations team
·       Ability to improve Pega Decisioning AI performance through various methods
·       Provide thought-leadership to regularly generate and incubate new decisioning concepts across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements
·       Ability to recommend decisioning algorithms which balance customer needs with business objectives.
·       Certified in Pega Decisioning and Pega platforms
·       Should have strong experience defining decisioning architecture, solutions & design for Pega decisioning and Pega Marketing
·       End to end experience defining solutions, design and implementation in Customer Marketing, contact strategy, segmentation, adaptive modelling, campaign management
·       Experience in distributed systems, large scale non-relational data stores, Big data platforms, data modelling, database performance and multi-terabyte data warehouses
·       Manage a team of Pega Decisioning Architects and system architects and ensure tasks are assigned and delivered on time and on budget.
·       Demonstrated knowledge of industry standard project delivery frameworks including Agile, Scrum and waterfall
·       Experience with setup and execution of CDH components such as A/B testing, Simulation testing, performance reports and monitoring
·       Experience with setup and execution of Adaptive model
·       Experience with using the PMMLs from existing non Pega predictive model and using them in Pega decisioning
·       Provide consultation and training to Decisioning architects
·       Ability to assess existing decisioning strategies and expand the platform to support multi-channel
·       Lead the planning, designing and implementation of Decisioning initiatives
·       Develop Next Best Action strategies
