Sr. SAP Project Manager (w2)
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Harrisburg, PA (Onsite) (Locals or ready to relocate from day one)
Project Manager to Lead Technical Team. Must be strong project manager that has previously managed a technical workstream. ***Note: This is not a technical consultant that has done PM work. This is a true project manager role***

Required Experience/Qualifications:
• Strong S/4 experience
• Large-scale implementations
• Customer-first approach
• Previous project management of technical team
• Sufficient technical knowledge to define the required work, leaning heavily on SAP recommended Best Practices
• Cloud ALM Public sector, State/Local Gov’t Concentration preferred but not requiredCurrent Landscape:
• Long-standing on-prem ECC customer
• Highly customized solution deployed across all (55) agencies of PA
• Approximately 85,000 employees
• Solution includes all financials (FI/CO, OTC, Procurement, EAM, PS), HCM (Payroll, Time, Benefits), Document Management, BW, and GRC.Project Overview:
• Greenfield S/4HANA implementation and SF Employee Central with select data transfer
• Little to no migration of custom objects and configuration
• SAP is the prime SI
• RISE implementation
• Going-in scope philosophy will be fit-to-standard with SAP best practices Current Status:
• Final stages of Prep and initiating some early Explore activities Detailed Role Description:
• Define and manage tech team activities (landscape, client strategy, sizing, transport mgt, analytics, security, development)
• Manage tech team resources
• Serves as SPoC for technical team and liaison with executive leadership (SAP and CoPA)
• Liaison with SAP RISE team to ensure provisioning, backups, availability, etc. Possibly 30-40% onsite time may be required.
