Senior profiles with ITSM & ITOM implementation experience who have worked on Discovery, CMBD, Event management, Service Mapping along with ITSM. Good consultancy experience with Infosys, wipro, cognizant etc.
Top three skills for this role-
8+ Years of experience with ServiceNow Development with hands on Implementation/Integration. Enterprise level experience must have.
Programming expertise on Java, Javascript, HTML, XML, Should be Technically strong. Nice to have: Certification with ITSM, ITOM, and ITIL.
Two full lifecycle ServiceNow large implementations in the role of a lead consultant
Preferred:- ServiceNow certifications – Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM, ITOM.- ITIL v3 certification- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills-

Following rapid expansion of new client initiatives, the Fujitsu SaaS practice is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant (Sr. Developer), with strong ServiceNow related design and development experience to join our ServiceNow Technical and Innovation team.
Role and Accountabilities:
This opportunity will suit a motivated ServiceNow Developer with a demonstrated record of offering ServiceNow related design and development support, successfully delivering on a wide range of ServiceNow related technical engagements.
The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:-
Providing hands-on ServiceNow related design and development expertise, supporting a range of ServiceNow based consulting initiatives.
Experience with integration using SOAP / REST/ Integration Hub and Service Graph connector.- Strong consulting experience helping drive implementations for ITSM and ITOM.- Experience setting up ServiceNow Discovery schedules, triaging issues, and remediations.- Working closely with ServiceNow functional team, configure and improve core and custom applications.- Work directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow.
Ability to convey complex technical concepts in understandable business terms.
Develop systems integrations and process automation.- Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each.- Document and gain acceptance / approvals of selected final solutions.- Coordinate application and platform upgrades.- Load, manipulate and maintain data between Servicenow and other systems.
