JOB SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, data analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within aerospace, defense, or highly regulated environments.
- Expertise in financial modeling, operational analysis, process improvement, and data analytics using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex data to various stakeholders.
- Understanding of industry-specific regulatory, operational, and supply chain considerations in aerospace and defense.
- Professional certifications (CBAP, Six Sigma, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, & Microsoft Project) as well as familiarity with ERP/MRP systems are highly regarded.
